I've been working for Shorewest Realtors since April 2003. Since then I've had the honor of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers either make a purchase, sell an existing home, or both. I consider my job to be real estate consulting rather than sales.
For my sellers, I will advise you on preparing your home for sale and do an up to date market analysis so that together we can properly price the home to sell in the least amount of time and for the highest value. I will be your advocate in strategically negotiating all offers, inspections, and addressing any issues along the way so that we can arrive at a successful closing with the most amount of proceeds in your pocket.
For my buyers, I take no nonsense, no pressure sales approach. I focus on pointing out the pros and cons of each property pertaining to the location and physical condition. I pride myself on my extensive knowledge of a homes components…roof, mechanicals, electric, plumbing, and have the ability to point out potential repair items. I will diligently work to find you the best house for the best price.
Whether working for a buyer or seller, my job is to navigate you through the selling or buying process with the least amount of complications as possible. I believe constant communication is the key to a successful transaction. I’m committed to addressing any concerns, and returning all calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
