Kevin has come through for us again. This is now the third time we have worked with him and he is just so great to work with. He helped us buy in 2010, and then sell/buy in 2017. After about 4 years, we were ready for another move and decided to take advantage of this hot market. He gave us valuable feedback and worked with us through the process from listing to closing. He is truly very knowledgeable about the housing market and he knows houses. He always takes his time with us at showings and makes sure he answers any questions we have. Absolutely amazing job from start to finish. I was incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable and professional he was throughout the entire process. He worked together with me to find the perfect home I was looking for and then did an awesome job of negotiating on my behalf. When I had to sell my home on extremely short notice, Kevin was able to immediately make the trip and setup the needed arrangements to move the property that very weekend. Throughout the process he was incredibly calm and collected and answered all questions I had right away. Would very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great relator.
